- Perishable items (fresh products, juices)
- Products purchased during clearance sales
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at care@swawlamban.in or call +91 98765 43210 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return along with photos of the product.
3. Our team will review and approve the return within 24 hours.
4. We will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address.
5. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds are credited to your original payment method:
- UPI / Net Banking / Card: 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7–10 business days (bank details required)
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.
