3. Orders & Cancellations
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Orders can be cancelled by customers before they are packed and shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full before dispatch (except for Cash on Delivery orders).
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Non-prescription products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unopened condition. Prescription medicines, opened products, and perishable items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
